The rare white long-fin Albacore Tuna (Alalunga) is widely known as the little tuna of the Aegean island of Alonissos. Being one of the smallest species of tuna, it is beyond delicious, as well as being one of the healthiest tunas in the world. From the sea straight to the jar, the Alelma white tuna belly is separated carefully by hand and it's mixed with fresh rosemary and marinated in premium extra virgin olive oil; a highly prized delicacy. It is recognised by chefs all over the world for its superior taste and is used in Michelin star restaurants for many fine cuisine dishes.
White Alalunga Alonissos tuna belly is the only tuna worldwide that has minimal heavy metals and mercury, which makes it ideal for consumption by pregnant women and children. These tuna bellies are a high source of Omega 3 fatty acids and fish protein. Our producer Alelma respects nature and follows traditional shipping methods and recipes for preparing tuna under the strictest modern standards and certifications without the use of preservatives or flavour enhancers.

Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
