How to make a Greek / Turkish coffee:
- For each cup, measure one small cup of cold water into a tiny pot/briki.
- Pour one teaspoon of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
- Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat.
- The coffee is ready when the froth has risen right up to the brim.
- Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
If you don’t own a briki you can easily make a Greek coffee in a plunger, as you would do with any other fresh ground coffee. It’s delicious, try it!

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grecianpurveyor.com.
