Orzo or Risoni is made with real squid ink and it's naturally air dried, just like you would do at home. Orzo is kritharaki in Greek and it's a small rice shaped pasta that has been handcrafted with just 3 local high quality ingredients, durum wheat "Mavragani" flour, squid ink and semolina. By a small pasta artisan producer named after the ancient land that they're based on, Dolopia in Central Greece.

Beautiful complex flavour, rich in protein and with delicate brine undertones; it can bring to life any fish dishes and it's perfect for your cold pasta salads too. It can also be used with meat, like yiouvetsi, or any pasta bakes you desire!

The use of the ancient Mavragani flour variety gives uniqueness and high nutritional value to this artisanal pasta. The craftsmen in the Dolopia valley that produce this ancient variety of durum wheat are now very few and its production is limited and very sought after.

A superb pasta option for anytime of the day and ideal for all our gourmet and health conscious foodies.
