Alexakis Vidiano Orange Wine from Crete
The orange Vidiano Greek wine from Crete by Alexakis winery has a bright golden colour and novel savoury aromatics of sage, pear, earth and undergrowth. An excellent round body with elegant light tannins and a finish with citrus and marzipan notes. Alexakis Vidiano Orange is a powerful wine and can benefit from gentle decanting for approximately 30 minutes to bright out its full potential. The skin contact lasts for up to 2 months and fermented in oak barrels.
The light tannic structure and bright acidity can support meals with veal and lamb or a slow-cooked, crispy pork belly. It's also delightful on its own, especially during summer!
The Alexakis family is one of the most important wine ambassadors of Crete and one of the oldest privately owned wineries on the island.
An award winning wine and included in the 50 Best Greek Wines for 2023, and with a great overall score of 92 points.

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grecianpurveyor.com.
