They package the freshly roasted coffee straight out of the roaster in a protective atmosphere packaging that guarantees to lock in the taste and the classic aroma of traditional Greek coffee blend.
This is coffee as Greek as it gets!
How to make a Greek / Turkish coffee:
- For each cup, measure one small cup of cold water into a tiny pot/briki.
- Pour one teaspoon of Greek coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
- Slowly bring it all to a boil over medium heat.
- The coffee is ready when the froth has risen right up to the brim.
- Pour the coffee slowly into the cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
If you don’t own a briki you can easily make a coffee in a plunger, as you would do with any other fresh ground coffee. It’s delicious, try it!
