This exceptional every day cold pressed extra virgin olive oil is produced when the fruits have just started turning towards a more yellowish-purplish colour, creating more intense and sweeter aromas, aromas of tomato, oregano and herbs! Its bitterness and pungency are of medium in intensity, making it very versatile, user friendly and your go-to olive oil for using daily for pretty much everything!
