35 phenolic compounds, 29 amino acids, pantothenic & folic acid, riboflavin & thiamine. When combined with Greek royal jelly and its high nutritional values, additional vitamins, amino acids and minerals, then we have a true superfood that can be consumed daily for an immunity and health boost.
Cotton honey is produced during Greek summer, it has a light amber colour and a beautifully complex flavour profile with wonderful buttery, caramel and creamy tones, yet with a definite tang or even a spicy finish at the back of the throat like a mild chilli. No wonder it's a top choice for gourmet food lovers!
Produced by our organic family apiary Stayia Farm at the island of Evia, in the Aegean sea. They are a small family apiary that are committed to their natural and organic apiculture and produce raw unpasteurised honeys free from chemicals, additives, sugars or any preservative processes.
Enjoy it daily by the spoon or on fresh bread for breakfast for an overall health boost. Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
