A new and top quality version of the traditional retsina made with the Savatiano grape variety. This beautifully-made retsina maintains a great balance of pine aroma with a strain of lemon citrus. The wine is pale yellow in colour, and showcases the rich and unique flavours of this classic Greek wine with a refined style that will satisfy both fans and newcomers of retsina, this retsina speaks to the finest palate.
The nose has herbal notes of rosemary and thyme. On the palate the characteristic pine flavours come through, yet they work well with the Savatiano base to retain fresh, lemon citrus flavours. A complex wine with balancing acidity.
The refreshing profile and traditional pine flavours of the wine make it an ideal accompaniment for Mediterranean hors d’oeuvres, fried zucchini with tzatziki, stuffed vegetables, seafood and fried fish, but it's perfect to drink on its own during hot summer days!
This is our top favourite retsina and with an impressive score of 90pts by the Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
