Stalia is an ultra premium early harvest extra virgin olive oil from the countryside near Pylos in Peloponnese. The olive trees are cultivated using non-invasive and traditional methods. 100% Koroneiki variety olives that are harvested early and hand-picked in the traditional way from 10 October to 15 November of each year. Then pressed within 12 hours after the harvest and stored in stainless steel containers that maintain its rich flavour and its exceptional organoleptic properties, and also ensures the olive oil will maintain its fruity, spicy and bitter middle notes.

Stalia early harvest EVOO is of the highest quality with an exceptionally balanced and intensely fruity, fresh flavour. It has a high nutritional value and very low acidity below 0.4, and can be used to bring out the flavour of all Greek and Mediterranean dishes.

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
