Bulgur wheat is loved all over Greece, Balkans and across the Mediterranean to Middle East. Our vegan bulgur wheat and quinoa is made with local ingredients from the Peloponnese Mountains by local farmers.It is ultra nutritious and a great healthy replacement to rice.
Bulgur is very low in sugars, but rich in protein, dietary fibres, vitamins B and E, potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and zinc. Made with only the highest quality produce that Greece has to offer; bulgur, quinoa, buckwheat, porcini, dried vegetables and nothing else! 100% natural with no preservatives, colourings, flavourings or any other additives by our small family business, Gaia Greek, in the Corinthian countryside.
Beautifully comforting flavours and packed with nutrients, and so versatile, it can be eaten by itself, as a side dish or added in salads. You can also use chicken or beef broth to cook it with and grate plenty of your favourite hard cheese, like parmesan or kefalotyri on top.

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grecianpurveyor.com.
