Rice with dried snails / escargots, turmeric and mushrooms by our small family producer named Fereikos that specialises on all things snails in ancient Corinth in Greece.
Feréikos derives from “fero” to carry, and “ikos” house, which when combined, translates literally as “I carry my own house”, an apt description of the snail itself!
A heavenly recipe literally taken from the ancient lands with savoury, umami taste, but an easy and convenient healthy meal! For an even richer taste you can add freshly ground ginger, roasted pine nuts and raisins and elevate your dish to a whole new level in just 15 minutes.

Best before: end of April 2023, safe to consume July 2023.

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grecianpurveyor.com.
