They produce this high quality organic extra virgin olive oil only by cold extraction at 16 degrees Celsius of very unripe Koroneiki olives and it's the best medicinal olive oil to drink daily for health purposes.
It's full of antioxidants and many health beneficial properties, due to its very high content of phytosterols and a very high level of polyphenols, mainly oleocanthal, which characterise it as a main bio-functional phenolic olive oil, with a health claim based on the European regulation (E.U. Health Claim 432/2012). It is awarded every year by the World Olive Centre for Health for its high content of polyphenols that exceed the limits set by the EU regulation up to 5 times!
It has a very low acidity of around 0,1% with a beautiful and very intense green colour, rich, herbal and characteristically grassy/bitter and pungent flavour that balances harmoniously with the distinctive aroma of very unripe Koroneiki olives.

Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
