Santorini Assyrtiko PDO, is a white wine by Santo Wines - The Union of Santorini Cooperatives.
A classic benchmark of the variety and its homeland. A vibrant aromatic cocktail of sea-breeze freshness and citrus and peach fruits with honeyed undertones. Bone-dry, brightly acidic with a textural mineral smokiness and long complex finish. This wine speaks to its pedigreed terroir of Santorini and it is to be enjoyed with food. Beautifully paired with oysters, grilled fish, salads and any seafood at your Christmas lunch or any dinner!

The Assyrtiko grape variety can be very similar to Sauvignon Blanc or Chablis, with its citrus and floral notes, especially lemon and peach, and great minerality, but not as acidic as the Sauvignon Blanc.
Best served: at 8-10 C.

We currently only ship to Australia, however we will be expanding internationally in the near future.
Our returns policy last 14 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grecianpurveyor.com.
